Elsie is a DJ, event curator, and radio host, who is known for her warm and trusted presence within Naarm’s close-knit electronic music scene. In just a few years, she has become firmly embedded in community radio across so-called Australia. In particular, Elsie is an integral figure at Naarm’s Skylab Radio, where she contributes as programme coordinator and host of ‘Good Morning Skylab’, while making guest appearances on several shows on PBS Radio. With a distinctly community-minded approach to all she does, Elsie’s connectedness within Naarm’s music community expands by the day. Her love of music has naturally evolved into curating her own events through Estaria—a party series focused on supporting the creative endeavours of female and gender-non-conforming artists.

Elsie’s effortless ability as a DJ has undoubtedly been informed by her musical background and years spent as a drummer. She possesses a knack for warmth, groove, and uncovering little-known gems. Her sound is intentional, delicate and shows an innate sensibility for sounds that work both on and off the dancefloor—whether a deep listening session or in a packed club.
